The Kuwaiti Chapter- Marine Arbitration & Mediation Center of the European Court of Arbitration which is considered subordinate to the European Center for Arbitration and Mediation & the Europe Court and Maritime Chamber, founded in 1959 in Strasbourg and is a legal entity under French law, of the International Chamber of Commerce and the London Court of International Arbitration.
