The Kuwaiti Chapter Marine Arbitration & Mediation Center of the European Court of Arbitration which is considered subordinate to the European Center for Arbitration and Mediation, founded in 1959 in Strasbourg and is a legal entity under French law, of the International Chamber of Commerce and the London Court of International Arbitration.

OUR MISSION
To assist both the public and private sectors by granting advice and suggestions.
To conduct arbitral adjudication in a manner that places the interests of the parties ahead of all other issues.
To cooperatively work with any other institution of a similar nature to promote the culture of arbitration and mediation.
To train a new generation of arbitrators through high-quality training programs and to spread arbitration culture.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors of Marine Mediation Arbitration & Mediation Center is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, maintaining a robust governance framework, safeguarding the company's assets, as well as overseeing the company's day-to-day operations.
